At any rate, yeah they suck. i chose them thinking (after extensive research) that they would be the best option in terms of costs & features. Turns out that they are a company (from Maryland) that outsources everything out of effin' India; tech support barely speaks English, and they are constantly having issues. A nightmare on my street. Needless to say, my business has suffered some for it. Fortunately, i am currently seeking a better option that will suit my needs and can actually understand what i am saying if there is ever an issue. i thought the 'code ninja' said intercourse.
