Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) Released

Ubuntu 7.10 has been released today to the delight of all of us here at AlternaGeek! Ubuntu is one of our favorite Linux distributions. Ubuntu Linux is available in both desktop and server editions. The latest release (named Gutsy Gibbon) has a lot of new features such as the new graphical tool for configuring X. This new tool has been needed or some time and will make it even easier for non Linux users to try Ubuntu and get it up and running easily. Go check it out. It’s definitely worth a look.
