When you add a Flickr application to your Facebook profile you are taken to Flickr to authorize the application which warns you "By authorizing this link, you'll allow the Facebook app service to provide:
* Access to your photos (including private photos)"

I kind of assumed that there was a possibility that I wouldn't be able to keep my private photos private at this point when importing them into Facebook. Perhaps the Twitter app needs a similar warning.

The My Flickr application in Facebook lets you specify which pictures to include based on your privacy settings on the photos. I am not sure about the other Flickr apps since I haven't used them.

I've noticed the same Facebook problem with the Flickr application in the past. Posts all pics despite your Flickr settings.
