It's appeal to me was it's slide-out keyboard that my fingers can actually use! But as it likes to crash and burn even in the middle of phone calls I have to say I do wish that Verizon had offered an iphone and not just at&t would probably got one (hey at least it does not run winders!) a couple of months into owning a XV6700 I am very disappointed with it and cann’t wait for a full linux os and software to run it. The fact is that unfortunately a linux based phone wasn't an option, nor was the iPhone, and nothing with SymbianOS really either. The OpenMOKO will have it's day, but for now I can run opera, use jabber, ssh, irc, and still (hopefully) sync with Evolution under linux. yeah yeah, you know, it behooves a ninja to know his enemy.
